Jenna Sheffield

I am an assistant professor in the English Department at the University of New Haven, where I have the pleasure of teaching professional and technical writing courses. My research focuses on digital writing practices in the workplace and writing program administration. In addition to teaching and conducting research, I direct the university’s Writing Across the Curriculum Program and am the Assistant Provost for Curriculum Innovation.

I am happy to work with students on any projects requiring web design or data visualization. For web design projects, I specialize in SEO, so expect to learn how to make your work more visible but to also consider the ethical implications of SEO. Regarding data viz, I am most familiar with Tableau but can learn other tools with you!
