Recommendation Report

This project was to write a recommendation report for a company to provide advice on a specific set of concerns. I observed the struggles that a small, family-owned Optometrist office was facing with their small staff and busy days. I implemented research, observation, and potential patient opinions in order to provide recommendations that would increase the efficiency of this office.
