The third and last major project that I completed for this course was a Recommendation Report. The purpose of this project was to perform scholarly research for a company or organization that has an issue that it wishes to solve, and compile data and logical and feasible suggestions as to how to solve the issue at hand.
Many Recommendation Reports will focus on things such as deciding on a new piece of technology to buy, how to increase sales, and other organizational wellness points. For my Recommendation Report, I was able to interview employees at my current place of employment posing as an industrial pscyhologist in order to gauge employee happiness in the workplace. The business owner wished to find ways to either maintain or increase employee workplace happiness followed by the intense stress and strain that the COVID-19 pandemic has caused.
