The second Technical Writing project for the course involved creating a Quick Reference Card (QRC). My QRC is an informational guide for low-income individuals in CT seeking assistance from SNAP, which is the Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program. This QRC guides the audience through what SNAP is, who is eligible for SNAP benefits, and information for after they are approved. This project demonstrates my abilities to design an effective document while incorporating document design tools, such as contrast, accessibility, and integrating visuals.
