The scope of this project was to test our ability to tailor a document to specific audiences. Class concepts such as using active voice, creating feedback steps, and writing with concision were important inclusions. This set of instructions demonstrates my ability to tailor technical documents to various audiences while including appropriate graphics. I created a set of instructions for two different audiences who were setting up Microsoft Office 365 for the first time.
