Open Pedagogy at the University of New Haven
This site contains information about the open pedagogy fellowship program at the University of New Haven
This project aims at empowering students to craft scenarios describing situations from the classroom, or the university environment where inclusion has been lacking. Faculty members will be welcome to reflect on students posts and participate in the discussion. The ultimate goal is to launch a constructive dialog on inclusive teaching/ learning and culturally responsive education.
Collaborative Case Study Development
The purpose of this project is to explore how organizations create an inclusive environment where employees, customers, suppliers, managers and other constituents feel respected and dignified. Students and faculty interested in learning about initiatives and strategies that organizations adopt to foster diversity, equity, and inclusion in the workplace are welcome to join this project. Together we will design cases to be used for educational purposes and we will collaborate to foster an open and dialogic pedagogy.
