The calendar that was given to you on 09/07 was a tentative schedule, designed to give you an overview of the timeline. Detailed rehearsal schedules are being posted at least a week in advance on this callboard and the Google Drive. Reminders will also go out by email.
If you cannot see the calendar on the callboard, please let us know! If you cannot find the calendar posted in the Google Drive, please let us know! If you are not getting reminder emails, please let us know! But, honestly, do review the calendar at the beginning of each week, so that if you have questions they can be addressed in a timely manner.
