We were founded in the spring of 2024 by Eliot Alonzo who was president while still a student. Eliot, a medical laboratory science major, founded Inkwell to connect with other poets on campus and to share their love of writing.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>While our primary focus is poetry, Inkwell is truly a community. Our meetings are often filled with laughter and humor right alongside deep poetry readings.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>We welcome all undergraduate students at the University of New Haven, regardless of major, to join in on the fun!<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Inkwell is a recognized student organization at the University of New Haven.
