Today’s class will definitely help me ensure that my posts are of the highest quality. A big thing I learned from feedback from my peers is to show my own authenticity within my posts. Meaning to make sure that I am sharing the entirety of my observations and research as well as making inferences based on what I do (or don’t) find. I’ll be switching my topic of post 2 to one of Bourdain’s books, probably the first book he ever published, in order to make research a little bit easier and sources to be more forthcoming. I received a bunch of new resources as well as documentaries and biographies that I can take a look at. My weekend is going to be full of work that’s for certain, but I’m excited to see what I find.
