The purpose of a recommendation report is to address a specific problem within an organization and recommend possible solutions to the pressing issue. The recommendation report that I have created is addressing the issue of gender discrimination and the gender wage gap that is present in the Nike Corporation. The skills that I have used to created the recommendation report include my ability to find research on a topic that is of a pressing matter today and how to showcase my credibility on the topic of gender discrimination and the gender wage gap. The other skills showcased include the ability to create a formal report that is formatted correctly and include solutions to the issue presented. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
